KOLKATA: Officers stated that a Jadavpur University professor changed into allegedly assaulted with the aid of a former scholar close to the school’s main gate here on Saturday. The officials said that Professor Abdul Kafi of the Bengali branch turned to having tea near the college’s essential gate on Friday afternoon when a former student, Rajesh Santra, hit him repeatedly.
